Hello, initially when setting it up the electic wall ouitlet cam, where does the power-supply comes from?

Thanks for reaching out. If you are referring to the plug that is attached to the power leads of your socket hidden camera, you can remove it prior to installation. Many of our hardwired items include this temporary plug so you can program, analyze position and see the camera feed before fully installing it.
