Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No. You can choose to create an account or continue through an express checkout that does not require you to create an account.
I am a government agency and would like to place my order using a government purchase order. How can I finalize my order?
You can finalize your order online and select purchase order in the payment method. Placing your order online will allow you to create a record in your order archive which is accessible to your 24/7/365. You will need to fax, e-mail, or mail your official purchase order in order to fully complete your order. If you are sales tax exempt and shipping in NY state please fax your exemption certificate along with your purchase order.
I have an open account and want to use a purchase order. Do I need to fax an official purchase order?
If you have a waiver of original purchase order on file, you do not need to fax your company’s purchase order. The online order will serve as your purchase order. Just select purchase order as the payment method.
I live outside the United States or want my order shipped to a destination that is not in the United States. How can I place an order?
Your order will be treated as an international order. You can place your order online; however you will have to choose from the following payment methods only: Bank wire transfer, Western Union or PayPal. Please note that a verified address is required for PayPal payments, this feature is not offered by PayPal to all countries. No credit cards will be accepted for international orders.
How will the charge show on my credit card statement?
Transactions will show on your statement as charges from SSS Inc. Our actual company name is SpySite.com Inc. We want to provide you with the option to keep your purchases from us confidential since you may be purchasing a product that is intended to protect your privacy and we do not want to intrude and alert others of your purchase.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Usually all in stock items ship within 48 hours. Keep in mind that weekends, holidays, and other special instances may extend our 48 hour processing time. If your order contains an item that is not in stock you will be contacted and offer choices on how to handle your order.
How do I join SpySite.com’s free membership?
You can access the form through the free membership section or you can go to the existing users sign in box and click on New to SpySite? Create an account Once there just fill in the form, make your selections, and submit it. There is only one form for the free membership, if you do not want to sign in for all benefits make sure to check your preferences.
I want to change my preferences or unsubscribe from a particular preference. How can I do that?
Log in to your account and select edit profile. Make as many changes to your preferences as you need then save your changes.
My address has changed. How can I update my account?
Log in to your account and select the edit profile. Update your information and save.
I have forgotten my user name and password. How can I retrieve it?
Try the Forgot your password? in the sign in box first. If you are unable to access your log in information send a request to our customer service and our account managers will reset your login information and provide you with a temporary login name and password. You will need to verify your identity before your log in information is reset.
I do not wish to subscribe any more. How can I unsubscribe?
You can uncheck all preferences from your account, which will make your account dormant until you make use of it. Or, you can send a request to customer service and your account can be deleted permanently. Keep in mind that permanently removing your account will remove your ability to archive order history or access previous purchasing or return activity.
Is my information going to be sold to third parties? Will I receive e-mail due to signing up with SpySite.com?
No. Your information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell, share, rent, or in any other way give access to your information to anyone outside our organization. We will not spam you. You can choose to terminate e-mails from us at any time and since you have full control over your account preferences you can ensure that you are not signed up for anything you do not want to receive. I need to return an item that I purchased from you. How can I get a return authorization?
If you have created an account on our website you can use the RMA function that is available once you log in. If you do not have an account please contact customer service for an RMA number.
What is the Affiliate Program?
Is a program that was created to give commission income to people who want to sell our products on their website, without having to become a reseller. The program is explained in detail at the Affiliate Program section.
