What is remote still image request? It allows you to request the watch take a still image and uploads it to the APP for you to see. This feature can be essential at identifying surroundings in case you need visual confirmation after a fall or even while performing tracking of whereabouts. The image can then be downloaded for archiving if necessary.
Silent voice monitoring on the other hand, is a request for the watch to call you back at a phone number you decide. Once this request is issued the watch makes this phone call in stealth mode, so neither the user or anyone else around hears or sees it. Listen for as long as necessary and even add the team to the call. A must have tool for gathering conversations without having to rely on inaccurate asset reporting or interpretation of events.
