Will I need to have the phone with me to install this service?
Yes. MobilePlus is a powerful software and in order to precisely run all these operations it need to be installed directly on the phone.

I'm not a computer savvy person can I still install this service myself?

The rooting and jail-breaking however can be a bit more challenging. To help you with this you can purchase our installation service which includes the phone prep and MobilePlus installation.
Will I need the phone to see recorded information?
No. You can simply access the web dashboard from any internet browser.
Is the recorded data protected?
Absolutely! The data collected from the devices you monitor is securely stored and you will need a user name a password to access it.
Can I download information collected to my computer?
Yes. You can use the download feature to download the information collected so you can use it as necessary.

Getting things ready to use:
IMPORTANT: You will need physical access to the mobile device you want to install the MobilePlus tracking and monitoring solution to. If there is a password lock, you will need the password too.
1. iPhones will need to be jailbroken first and android devices will need rooting for all features to be available.

2. Follow the step by step instructions you received via the email when you placed your order. Enter the license code when prompted, Decide whether you want the tracking and monitoring software to run hidden or not.
3. Your device will now be ready to start collecting information and all compatible features are now active. You can access all data and make preference changes at the web dashboard anytime and from anywhere without needing the phone again.
Subscriptions are valid for 30 days of service and can be easily renewed without service interruption or re-installation. Your service will automatically renew every 30 days and we will billed your credit card so you don't ever miss anything. No long term contracts, cancel anytime.

IMPORTANT: * Some devices may not support all features. Some devices may need to be rooted to be able to use certain features. All iPhones must be jailbroken to use any features. Contact us before you buy if you are not quite sure about compatibility, just have your target phone's model and iOS or android version handy.
iPHONE LIMITATIONS: All iOS installations require jailbreak of the device, because of this the device must be running an iOS version for which a jailbreak exists. Currently jailbreaks are effective on iOS versions 14.x and older. Version 14.x requires tehtered mode, which may require the jailbreak to be reinstalled quite often, but it is not hard to do once a set up tool is set up the first time.
ANDROID VERSIONS 8-9 LIMITATIONS:
Spycall is not supported on Android 8; Spycall on Android 9 works on non-rooted Samsung devices only; Call Interception and Spoof SMS are not supported; VoIP Call Recording requires the device be rooted on Android 8 - 9

Android Version 12 Limitations
