Thanks for reaching out. This wireless ear pieceis designed to work with a cellphone or communication device that uses a 3.5mm sound connection. Whether it will be compatible with your walkie talkie, it will depend on whether it operates similarly to a cellphone with a 3.5mm headset jack.

How long does the battery last when the device is being used continuously?

Normally a new battery will last for 6-8 hours. 

How strong is the microphone? Can it pick up sound from the wearer’s surrounding?

No. This device is not design for ambient noise pick up. It is designed for phone calls, therefore the microphone range is very limited. If you need a device that can pick up surrounding sounds you can take a look at our voice recordersor wifi sound recorders.

How long is the range

The range from the ear piece to the receiver lanyard is long enough for you to wear. This is an induction wireless tech headset which is meant to be used in close range, however once you connect the receiver lanyard to your phone you can make a call to anywhere (including overseas!).

How does it work for coach and pitcher

Hello, this is a fun application! The pitcher would need to have a phone on them. I don't know if that will be possible for the player, but here is the set up:

Player has on their person a working cellphone that connects to a loop this in-ear kit includes.
Player has in their ear the micro ear piece. This piece is not visible to others. 
Player initiates a call to coach before game starts. Call remains active for game duration

Coach has their own cellphone that accepts the call.
Coach can use the handset or their own bluetooth headset for convenience to engage in a normal call

With this set up both coach and pitcher can talk to each other without the player showing any indication of being on a call.

I live in Australia do I need some sort of different adapter or anything else for this device to work properly in Australia.In australia sometimes american devices need small adjustments to work?

The set up for this in ear piece should be the same regardless of where you are. The device has a 3.5mm heaphone jack and is available with type C and lightning adapters to fit most phones made today.

i need more than 2 persons talk with the leader
