Can I watch footage live?

Yes, using the system's dedicated hotspot, you can stream video live to your smartphone or share access with others.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use this system?

No. The hotspot provides mobile connectivity, allowing use in areas without local internet (coverage dependent). For static deployments you can use the local WiFi if you prefer it.

Is the system difficult to set up?

No. Each component is designed for simple setup and everyday usability. Plus this system includes live support when needed!

How long can the cameras record?

The cameras offer approximately 1-2 hours per standard battery, and storage capacity allows extended recording depending on settings.

You can also extend the battery life using the battery pack.

Is the camera still functional as the item they look like?

Yes, the cameras remain usable as the items they represent unless otherwise noted.

I live outside the USA, Can I still use this system?

All components are built with flexible power for use anywhere in the world. You will however need to purchase additional AC adapters for destinations that use different plugs than the ones used in the USA. Plugs for all destinations are available here.

Hotspot service however, is only available for users within the USA. If you live outside the USA you will need to procure a SIM card and service from a local cellular provider.
