CamSC Pro APP - Disables Remote Live Listening
Effective September 2026 the developers of CamSC Pro APP removed live remote listening access features of voice recorders operating within the platform.
🔎 What to Expect:
- Your voice recorder's live sound will no longer be accessible. You can still listen to recordings from anywhere, so you will only be a few minutes behind the conversation.
- All other features remain unchanged
- Length of feature restriction has not been made clear by developper.
Both Apple and Android affected
Recommended Resolution: If using an Android device remove the APP and reinstall a previous version. Be sure to remove the auto update feature. This fix for Android may be temporary and access on previous version can change anytime without notice.
Replace if you require remote access and broadcast features. Many of our cameras support live sound and can be a great alternative with added functionality.
SmartCam+ App End of Life
In an unannounced end of support Samsung has abruptly discontinued support and operation of the SmartCam+ app and WisenetSmartCam+ app and SmartCam.
🔎 What to Expect:
- Your cameras will no longer be accessible using the app
- You will not be able to download the app
- You will not be able to register the app
- You will not be able to use the app
Currently there is no viable alternative app for operating perfectly viable cameras.

Pro-iCam APP - Sunsets Remote Live View
Effective March 2020 the developers of Pro-iCam APP sunset remote access features of cameras operating within the platform. Factory platform updates to switch APPs are made available to all SpySite camera users with proof of purchase.

- Your cameras will no longer be accessible from outside your LAN
- All other features remain unchanged
