    One of the knobs gives you access to plug in a USB cable for charging and connecting to your computer. The instructions that came with your device will show you which knob and we include the USB cable with all of our watches. If you have misplaced the manual we can resend it to you.     Thanks for reaching out! The battery life on this body worn camera is about 1.5 hours of operation and the 8GB memory will support up to 53 minutes of recording.
